Dataset Abstract

Traits are derived from gridding the range of a given species and then summarizing the values in each single grid cell. Climatic niche traits in this dataset include minimum and maximum temperatures in winter as well as precipition in winter.

Dataset Design

Tree species from the CSPs. Ranges of the species were derived at global level. Which grid size? Which atlas was used?
