Dataset Abstract

The plant biomass allometry equations from the pilot experiment SP7 harvest in 2010 and 2011 which we used to estimate plant biomass.

Dataset Design

We harvested the trees (stem, branch, leaves, main root, coarse root and fine root ) in Pilot experiment(SP7), included block 4 which were harvested in July 2010, block 3 in September 2010, block 1 & 2 in July 2011.

Spatial Extent

The experiment was located within N29 06.325 / E117 55.244, in the south-west N29 06.293 / E117 55.235, in the north-east N29 06.295 / E117 55.326 and in the southeast N29 06.266 / E117 55.329 in the lower valley of Tiquanshui river (体泉水),Xinjianxiang, Jiangxi Province

Temporal Extent

Harvest took place at three points in time: block 4 was harvested in July 2010, block 3 in September 2010, block 1 & 2 in July 2011.
